RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

1. Right of withdrawal

1.1 The customer has a right of withdrawal allowing him to return the ordered products without giving reasons and without penalties. This right of withdrawal must be exercised within fourteen (14) clear days from the day of receipt of the order.

Before proceeding with the return of any goods, the customer undertakes to make an unambiguous statement setting out its decision to withdraw, and to inform BOHOBLOOM design S.à r.l.-S in advance by e-mail (bohobloomdesign.jelwery@gmail.com). To do so, the following withdrawal form can be used:

1.2 The return is made at the exclusive expense of the customer except in cases where BOHOBLOOM design S.à r.l.-S has expressly agreed in advance to bear the cost of return. The risks incurred by the goods during the return transport are in all cases borne by the customer.

1.3 The products must be returned in perfect condition, without any trace of use and not unsealed, with their original packaging undamaged.
